Welcome to Royalwood
Nestled on the bank of Siene River this upscale community is the creation of Ladco developments.
This neighbourhood is located just off Bishop Grandin Boulevard. It is one of the newest residential developments in Winnipeg and is the first in Winnipeg to develop a naturalized Wetland system to collect storm water. There are two Wetland systems both of them including a tall grass buffer. These systems are located in Phase 2 of Royalwood.
The style of homes found here include: Two Storey, Bungalows, Bi-Levels. Many homes are custom built or contain some custom built amenities. There are also upscale Condo developments in this project both Bungalow Style and Two Storey Townhouses.
The homes in this area range from $300,000 to 1 million dollars.
At present, there are no schools in Royalwood. However there is land being held for the use of a school in the future.
Nearby St. Vital Centre offers over 160 shops and services including Safeway and Walmart. Southdale Shopping Centre is also just minutes away and offers a wide variety of shops and services including Safeway, Zellers and Canadian Tire.
Recreation Center:
Royalwood does not have a Community Centre. However, there is a variety of community centres in nearby neighbourhoods of Southdale and St. Vital. Boni-Vital Pool is also just a short distance away.
